A negeative impact of the judgement on minority schools is highly unlikely, as they were given a free hand by the High Court. If ur child's name was there in d list & u paid the fees, then ur seat is secured.
Thanx william
No impact.

what about queen valley dwarka....has its admission process got over...nothing is mentioned in their site....will HC order affect it..

No impact expected.

Queens Valley is a non minority institute by Sachdeva group. Judgement will affect the admissions.

I already see the admission process complete in many minority schools so I think they will be not affected by any further judgement.

thanx.....

Hi, The High court continued stay with next hearing on Friday, 28th March, 2014. Got to know from latest news. So, the hearing will continue to go until Lok sabha elections are over :-)

Everyone is proved wrong here on this forum regarding expected decision. It proves judges are decision makers and intellectuals on this forum are meagre commentators. So better not to comment any more.

So much agree with Maharam Sir and anyways we do not have choice but to wait.

Minority school like Monfort has come up with there own gudielines but still have not made dates for admission clear and draw for left out open seat.

There is so much chaos and confusion and endless wait.....

Agree with Mahram JI. Hope this mess ends and process completes asap. Even below average school are not ready for admission due to so many judgements and stays.
