I think a three yrs old requires enough sleep so that when the child goes to school she should be fresh and ready to learn. The ideal timings for at least nursery classes should be from 08:30 to 12:30

working parents wud say early -arnd 8
and non working wont mind after 9 !!!
my preference hence is after 9...

Very true!

But lets think what is good for the child and not what is good for the parents. How to Manage such timing should come later on.

I say 9:30 - 12:30 seems good in summers. In case the child wants, he/she may sleep longer or better still make their habbit to go to park early morning to play. They can come back and get ready for school with plenty of time.

Timings should be changed in winters (when days are shorter) to 10AM-1PM.
