INTERSTATE TRANSFER CASE ON APRIL 16
BREAKING NEWS - GOVT IS RETHINKING ABOUT THE INTERSTATE TRANSFER POINTS AGAIN.
I SIMPLY DON'T GET IT. IF THEY HAD TO RETHINK ABOUT THE WHOLE CASE AGAIN THEN WHY DID THEY SCRAP THE POINTS IN THE FIRST PLACE....
THE INTERSTATE TRANSFER CASE IS ON 16 APRIL AND THAT WILL DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT THE POINTS WILL BE CONSIDERED
SIMPLY WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY...
GUYS PLZ THINK ABOUT IT, DON'T KNOW WATS WRONG WITH THEM, WE HAVE WASTED 2 MONTHS DUE TO ALL THIS AND NOW AGAIN THEY ARE THINKING ABOUT GIVING THE INTERSTATE POINTS.

Nishant.. How do u know this? The main fight by interstate pple was to give them equal chance in the draws with 70 pointers as earlier they had 75 points so they had their seats secure.. But those who claimed the seats the wrong way have been punished.. How will u revolt? DOE itself has admitted that half of the cases were fake.. Also in case something is given to transferred candidates, 70 pointers as well as the remaining IST fake ones will fight again.. Probably those IST pple who claim that they applied in less no. of schools may be given a chance to reapply in schools.. I wish DOE is doing some consolidation of applicants to check the actual no. of IST applicants..Nishant some IST pple hv misused it with Neighborhood criterion too..I wish the judge says IST pple should be given seats in MCD and NDMC schools..This will be a lesson to the dishonest guys who created all this mess...Is Delhi govt tracking how many pple r actually coming to Delhi every year? Do we have adequate facilities in form of education, housing and various other amenities? A birth certificate should also be a proof coz most of d pple living in Delhi hv claimed Transfer pts..

Absolutely correct. It seems a baseless news. Govt. as well as HC is totally against this. Reinstating Ist points would b a complete U turn in their stand and is highly unlikely. Wherefrom this news has come?? Is it really authentic. If yes let us join hands and oppose it.

Ya Shaurya, the news is confirmed as many schools have updated this on their website that they have been asked to with hold the seats of the interstate transfer candidates till april 16 and so the matter depends on the courts decision, we have to wait for that.
Offcourse we are together in this and we will oppose against it.

it seems from media reports on case that HC is considering ACCOMODATING transfer cases, but if this happens on the expense of WAITLISTED candidates then this will be grt injustice to the waitlisted ones, all waitlisted and other 70 pointer should join against this

Many schools have already conducted 2nd draw. Neither DOE nor court has clarified the position of wl candidates of 1st or 2nd draw so far.

It seems from the present situation that interstate cases may be confirmed. Let us fight against it.

Guys on what basis u r saying this.. Does DOE has data of Inter state transfer candidates on consolidated basis? If the IST ppl r given seats, none of the 70 pointers will get a seat.. Probably the only solution wherever u hv applied n u know the no of fake IST candidates, report it to DOE so that the case becomes strong that the IST candidates specially private ones are fake.. N 2ndly all those who hv got transfers from govt orgns which might be true should be given seat in KVs n govt schools.. DOE and LG should not hv introduced transfers.. Or should hv gvn a defn to it.. Coz pvt employees hv all many means which include letter heads, rapport with HR, bosses etc. to prove transfer.. Just giving a date wasnt d right thing to do.. N it case a transfer guy cms in Delhi, he has all d docs to claim 70 points n he even knows the best schools to apply in Delhi.. how
