I saw it on TV though where they mentioned that some parents had moved SC against scrapping of IST points and based on that SC has put a stay on the admissions.

I think this will not affect the ones who has already taken admission...maybe only for the vacant seat...

Its parents who have not got admission under IST cases....these parents have petitioned in SC....seems like parents have become childish now.... "agar mujhe admisison nahin mila toh mein kisi ka hone nahin doonga"...and the worst part is SC is supporting this...pathetic state

govt. should check the fake transfer and not scraped genuine IST candidate

Now govt should do strict verification for the genuine IST case and allot them 5% seat....thats seems to be the only solution...Otherwise these PIL process will never end for this session....

Mine too was a transfer case but this os really bad what parents r doing. I was really waiting for 16th. Everything seems in total mess now. None of the admissions should be cancelled now. Though my kid has not secured a single seat anywhere, still i want all this to stop now.
