I'm still wondering the stay holds any power in itself as most of the schools have accepted the forms and the fees of the wards whose name appeared in the draw.. Its just parenst like us with 70 points whose wards have not got admission anywhere are affected by the stay as we don't have any clarity.. I'm just zapped and amused due to all this menance....

I am afraid now as in supreme court there are already many pending cases ... i dont think the nursery admission related cases come up early ..... plez dear SC take it as priority pleZzzzzz

Can anyone tell me does this happen in other major cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai. Wahan bhi toh condition would be same, demand Vs supply, sibilngs, transfer cases etc. .Transfers happen all over India, DELHI IS the main target why??????

@namrata maam may be its because delhi is most populated then other such cities... and schools here are more greedy for money....

more over parents here in delhi are more smart and PIL master....and always looking for so called top schools..... thats why delhi is always in problem when it comw to admission...

Dear Nitin n Rajat ... i completely agree with both u .. People who have stayed lifelong in Delhi are coming in quota system , whereas outsiders getting seats , not justified . Infact , the system should be such , that the preference to be given to delhi kids first and then to the outsiders . But now as this unjustice has already happened , why the kids of outsiders should be suffered . Actually the system should have thought of it first , and then the admission process should have started .

Still , i feel , all should be scraped , fees should be refunded . the process should start again. FAIR AND JUSTIFIED , but then those kids who already got admission in good schools should be given choice to withdraw their seats , if they dont want to withdraw , and they are happy , they not to be considered for other schools draw ...SIMPLE....
