Sushil and Shilpa. Things would be clear on 21st April if case is taken up on that day by SC. If SC is going to give a long date then I am sure alternative measures of bringing case out of court will be explored including submission by LG/DOE before SC that they are going to come up with fesh guidelines after hearing all the parties and seeking their opinion. THOUGH THIS WOULD BE OPPOSED BY PARENTS WHOSE KIDS ARE SELECTED.

I have blocked the seat and deposited fees in GD Goenka which includes Tuition Fees and Transportation for April 2014 as well. Since it’s clear now that the session will not start this month, so should I ask school to adjust the same to the month when the session will actually commence? 

Plz advice.

I think we request all the parents filing various PILs to also check which bench of SC the present case is I believe there must be single bench and double bench so directly they shld file PIL to the highest bench so beyond that it ends and no more challenges to decisions are been made

What is your take on schools that are still taking admission and enticing parents to book a seat? Should we fall in their trap?

On hindsight we are already in mid-April and in no way the mess is going to be sorted out before 15th May. The session will invariably start in July. May DOE has the window to scrap the whole thing form new guidelines. Just a thought.
