Mr Saurabh should be penalised if he withdraws the case as because of 1 person this mess is created.

With lawyers , courts , DOE and Delhi Govt not able to find a solution ,  has the time come for parents to come forward and pull themselves out of this mess ?   Should we all  unite and sit before DOE/High court/supreme court and ask for an early resolution ?  Our LG also seems to be just sleeping . This is no tarikh par tarikh case. This has to be resolved in certain time. We cannot have endless sessions of court discussions with no time limit.

yes, targetting an individual is bad, i understand that but what if you are provoked.out of the gangs of petititioners, Mrs. Charan commented on this site on friday as to why her child should sit in the house and other children go to school, there were many other points in that hilarious comment- ranging from absurd to most absurd. it seems more truamatic for us parents knowing that they have admission for their child. in sanskriti, their child is admitted under the All India services and defence quota, which could mean( i may be totally wrong here) that it may not be annuled. remember sanskriti, merely showed 11-12 seats in the DoE list.
