But yes a person who has been paying local taxes and levies for quite a few years and contributing to Delhi's development should not be edged out by someone who moved here yesterday. We are not asking for preference but just want to be treated equally.

Problem was created by ppl who produced wrong IST docs. So when we know we are not at fault so y r we becoming helpless.. we have not done anything wrong so nothing wrong is going to happen with us.just pray, keep ur fingers crossed and please stop complaining.. we all r going thru the same phase... wishing all the very best to all parents and children.. Comment by Neha on April 17, 2014 at 8:56am: @ Mahesh, Your comment on residentship was commendable, atleast you said that- i am totally with you on this, Delhi is a national capital and let it be, lets not be jingoistic about it. our issue is basically rationality of IST in nursery and nothing else. 90% of us are migrants in one way or the other( some came 65- 70 years back, and some came two years back) so let us not get divided on this issue. we have to go beyond this.
