Transfer case from faridabad to New Delhi.

Hi kindly suggest if transfer case from faridabad to New Delhi would be considered a valid and lawful transfer case. And kindly suggest the circumstances in which it would be considered as valid.

It comes under INTERSTATE TRANSFER AS PER DOE,

FROM HARAYANA TO DELHI .

As we specifically wish to shift from faridabad to new Delhi for my daughters education.. Is it a valid reason for transfer case.. Or there has to be other reasons such as change/ shift of business etc.

As already IST points have been removed.I don't think they would be applicable next year .

We came back to India from US. We did no file petition. Will our case be considered am very concerned

It is a case of Transfer case. As it is a inter-state transfer(haryana to delhi) but Supreme court is going to benefit only the petitioners.
