Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2024-25

Has anybody observed that there are many registration numbers/selections in DPSI third list, which are not even present in the list which they published after first interaction. I haven't heard of any second list for the first interaction. Did they select again from the first interaction and called for second interaction?

Man there are many...I just searched for 2(NUR15160138, NUR15160161) which are in first 5 row. I am getting out of my mind. They have just played with me and my family's sentiments and time too. I used to check their site like I am waiting for some miracle is going to happen and kept pressing F5.

Can anybody suggest how can I get Rs 3000 back? RTI will help?

I don't think it will. And moreover, you may initiate a legal action but first ask yourself if you've got time for this. They (the school) know you don't.

They have been claiming that they can't share their criteria and we have been agreeing to this. Your kid got selected in BB,BV and they don't have a criteria either but you did agree, didn't you?

The point i'm trying to drive is that we as parents have no options but to agree, unless you're ready to sacrifice your time/money/patience and fight to bring a change.

There is always an option to fight back, it comes at some cost of time/money though. But, all these Big schools are vary of media image and reputation. If such frauds come in public there reputation goes for a Toss and image gets dented, which they do not want at any cost...

Then I think you should discuss the matter with Mrs Rai by taking an appointment. Its better to clarify the things before accusing someone.

10KM. But if that would have been a criteria, i would have been chucked off the 1st list itself since that's really a basic thing to analysis someone on. Moreever, my neighbors' kids go to DPS-I.

Bingo! You're absolutely correct Mr Chatterjee. But if you visit the school and ask the guard that you've come to ask for an appointment with principal, he wouldn't allow you to enter the premises. You probably didn't try this, did you?

Moreover, my sister's elder son is studying in DPS-I for 4 yrs so we know a lot of such money making stories and we're indeed not assuming or accusing. Trust me, we've met parents who were asked to pay upto 1-2-3 lakh rupees in cash to secure an admission. My younger nephew's application has also been rejected despite being a sibling case.

Anyways, if i would have been in your shoes ( being not aware of these facts and more importantly, having my name in the list :), i would have also been defending them since i wouldn't have faced it myself so no offense.

Most importantly, the school is indeed a good one but the point that we're raising here is about the admission criteria. So don't worry, relax and enjoy the day! and pass on my wishes to the younger one :)
