Samir@ Money should not be issue as DPSI charging High in first stage and Amity will do later on   ( which equally same).

Samir@ if you make you mind for AISV6 pls go ahead with it, it decent and good school too.

Rest @kamal can give you more feedback (her kid got admission last year)

The difference which I have come to know is amity doesnt have examination process at junior level but dpsi has..rest is same and for extra money u will pay extra for dpsi once and every month for amity.this is already discussed in the forum.

Sakshiji, My son got selected in APJ as well. But already block the seat in AIS Sector 6. Please suggest can we go for APJ or stick on AIS6.

Its being said abt many schools that its gud in ECC but i visited websites of these schools and read their online circulars and found that they charge extra for every activity like swimming, shooting or any other sports .if anyhow we have to pay extra charges we can let our child learn all these in private classes.so why we give imp to a school which is gud in ECC? Plz correct me if i m wrong.

Good thought Swati. Here's what i think of it -

1). You would end paying more in private classes than in school for any such activity.

2). Your ward would be more confident participating in those activities in school if he's enrolled for that activity in the school itself.

3). No matter how bad the school is or how good the private classes' venue is, enrolling the ward in school itself sounds more safe and better.

That said, you're right that they shouldn't be given much weightage basis this, if they're charging.
