Affidavit to validate Girl Child / First Born Child.

Can you pls tell me what should be the content of the Affidavit to validate Girl Child / First Born Child.

Also do we have to submit affidavit in original to all the schools in which we are making application.

this is in response to affidavit of first child. plz see page 4 and change name of school accordingly.Also attach a new affidavit with each form as photocopy is not valid. Regards Dr Gaurav Sharma

You need to submit Xerox first and at the time of admission in any one of the school you need to submit original. I Guess
