Online Registration Form for General Category

Pre-School (2015-2016)

Kindly read the Instructions given below :

* Age of applicant should be minimum of 3 years as on 31st March 2015 for the Pre-School.

* Last Date of Online Registration : 15th January 2015.

* A confirmation of your submission will be sent to you on your email id.

* You will need to deposit the print out of the generated receipt of the application form at the school reception
along with the Registration Amount i.e. Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 25/- (Twenty five only) in favour of
‘ST. FROEBEL SR. SEC. SCHOOL', Paschim Vihar.

* Last day of depositing the Confirmation that has been generated is 15th January 2015.

* Please ensure that the Father’s/Mother's Name, Child’s Name, Mobile Number and the Registration Number are mentioned
at the back side of the Pay Order/Demand Draft.

* The form can be submitted only by entering the Pay Order/Demand Draft Number, Bank and Branch name in the
appropriate columns, so please keep it ready while filling up the form.

* Kindly ensure that the relevant General Category is selected:

Category A – In case sibling is studying in ST. FROEBEL SR. SEC. SCHOOL, Paschim Vihar.

Category B – In case parent is a an alumnus staff member of ST. FROEBEL SR. SEC. SCHOOL, Paschim Vihar.

Category C – In case applicant doesn’t belong to either of the above cited categories (A & B).

I am unable to find information for Manav Sthali School.

Do they offer admission to 3+ kids in Nursery.

Is there any junior branch.

Springdales have mentioned following statements on their website:

KINDLY NOTE: Forms for Springdales School, Pusa Road, Springdales School, Kirti Nagar and Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan are separate for all units. Parents seeking admission in Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan must deposit the duly filed form at Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan.

Parents seeking admission in Springdales School, Pusa Road and Springdales School, Kirti Nagar should deposit the forms at Springdales School, Pusa Road.

INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.

Registration fees of Rs.25/- is to be deposited at the time of submission of the form.

"Can you please guide whether we have to submit one form for all units or separate forms for each specific springdales. Utter confusion"

Can we apply for both DPS Dwarka & Rohini. Also do we have to submit the dd & form in school. Can you also advise abt the school forms for Bal Bharti Pritampura & Maxfort Pritampura. thanks.
