@ Mr. Sumit Vohra.... can you help us Re: VASANT VALLEY

It is extremely sad to note that a reputed school like Vasant Valley is blatantly flouting the RTE..... they have provided 25 marks for parents achievements at state/national/international level !

I was under the impression that regardless of the parents' achievements, all children deserve a fair chance.  Vasant Valley has already kept enough seats under the Management quota.  And now to keep 25 points for parents' achievements in the General Category is nothing but another attempt by Vasant Valley to get in the parents/children of their choice.  Is this fair???

I wish someone would compel Vasant Valley to strike down this 25 points and rather award points to the girl child or to children with special needs, etc.  A very very sorry state of affairs, indeed.

Same for Salwan Schools.

10 points for "contribution to national cause or community development program"

20 points for national/state achievements or school awards.

30 points lost.

HC has given them autonomy and one case was lost as nursery is not under RTE in HC now i think case date is coming in SC if that comes all points will go by defaults.
its free for all   see most of the schools are doing screening

do you have forms for J D Tytler as diggerent parents giving different comments on dates

Hi Sakshi,

The forms are out for JD Tytler. The last date for submitting the same is being mooted as 15th Jan but still not yet decided.
