Would like to urge Government of India, Court to Take decision in National Interest

Ref Number:

President of India- PRSEC/E/2016/02542- Transparency in education

PMO India Office- PMOPG/E/2016/0052541- Education sector

IS Court supporting Black Money Transaction and Against India National Interest in the name of autonomy of school ?
Is government and court support black money in the name of management quota and no fair dealing in school fee in the absence of  no PAN No / TIN Number or barcode on School fee receipt
Logically there should not be any management quota in nursery admission if government or court supporting this  Then seat need to to sell by e-auction and state as well as central government should get taxes on this amount as income tax. this should not be done under table in the name of donation, caption money
it is against the national interest. this should be scrapped for national interest.
Black money or undertable transection are killing our indian economy and this black money may used in terror activity. High court / supreme court  and government of India should take strong steps to avoid this kind of situation by generating policy level transparency.

If this possible for private colleges so why does not for delhi Private schools

Natinal Intrest is very Important

Bill to keep tabs on private colleges?

Union human resources development ministry is hoping to introduce unfair practices in education bill during the forthcoming Budget Session of Parliament. The bill seeks to check irregularities in private educational institutions and provide access to students and parents to the information related to institutions.

Sources stated that the bill will only be introduced once the consultations with stake holders are finished. The much-delayed bill had earlier been proposed during the UPA regime. However, it could not be passed as the bill was stuck in Parliament logjam.

Why does court support the management quota in nursery admission?

national interest is missing - education sector

I have applied for 18 schools for my child but he did not get space in any school list . As a parent we are too nurvers, what should we do ? Delhi do not have sufficient school so that they can give education to every one. Government in India do not have strong policy to curb the malpractice  in the name of autonomy of private school, Black money involvement in education sector. In india only we talk about make in India but as a parents we feel we fail in India due to poor policies and poor intention to bring transparency in system .

similarly many parents are reporting they have applied for 40 Plus school but their child name in no list .

Is schools are out of Government control due to commercialization of education in India.
Black Money ,caption money , donation , corruption has hold in country,

we parents are paying  more than 1 lakh rupees tax annually,

we are hopeless shell we stop paying tax, education cess as Bombay High  court said in one case , it may be possible public will stop paying tax if government do not have better policy for betterment  and control over scope of black money , we pay tax for betterment , for no corruption, enough facility , education for every one.
