This is the beauty of our country, where the authorities need WRITTEN complaint against thieves. And When you give them WRITTEN complaint then they need Video Proof, and when Video is given then they say they need any other evidence. They will ask for anything and will keep on asking....

Piyush basicaly all of them are together. they are just pretending that they are taking action. making fool of us.
