I have spoken to School by Phone. They say there is no second list.

non refundable amount is just admission fee i,e, 15000

15K will be non refundable rest all will be refundable

Just went to the school and checked upon the Second List from DPSG, Vasundhara. In fact this is not the second list / wait list asmetioned. The list includes around 20 names, but the same are from the earlier Kids / Parents interactions only. The school has confirmed that they have not released a Wait List of any sorts as of now.

Thanks for updating this valuable info. If this is not the 2nd list then why school did fresh interaction on 17-Sep? Isn't it looks like that school is cheating with parents and if so then we should have to highlight this issue......

it means that school has not considered interactions of 17 sep. its cheating
