Rent agreement residence proof being rejected.

Hi Schools are not accepting my rent agreement as my address proof.  i am worried what to do. they accept passport copy, mtnl bill and electricity/water bills.

In that case what am i supposed to do. i am worried about my kid. he is already 4.8 yrs of age. pls guide and suggest.

If its court registered  ,atlest 6month old still many would accept it

it is more than 8 months old but still they  say no. what can be done.
