Even though it is a valid document schools never ask for it expect for EWS category. But according to new guidelines schools should accept this as a valid residence proof.

In EWS form have printed (Domicile Certificate of child or of his/her parents).

so I want know is it compulsory to both parents names in domicile certificate? 

I shall be very thankful to you for this information.

Either in name of the father or mother will do.
