Mont Fort School, Ashok Vihar has fixed the upper age limit to 4 years and is also giving different points for distance by bifurcating the distance within 8 kms into sub-categories.

Is this legal and as per court order?  DoE must immediately clarify and if this is not as per court order, immediately issue instructions to Mont Fort and other such schools so that parents can apply.
