Bharat National Public School, Ram Vihar is openly flouting DOE norms. They have not conducted any draw till date. On enquiry they are saying that they have a lot of sibling application, hence they will admit them and then if seats remain vacant, they will choose (not select by draw) from 70 pointers, also that the possibility of selection of any 70 pointer is remote.

When I asked about girls quota, their reply is that, even among girls they have a lot of candidates with higher points, hence they will not conduct any draw, and that 70 point holder girls too has no chance.

They are not ready to argue on this point.

Admission Nursery moderators, kindly help in this matter. I have already filed a complaint with DOE (Complaint ID 201400305), but as you can see on DOE website, even the first registered complaint is still "Under Process". Can you please take up the case with DOE, or tell me how to proceed in this matter, I do not want to go to court.
