Sakshi mam, i hve an query and some confussion that jab 03.04.2014 ka HC order stay ho gaya hai tho 16.04.2014 ko hone wali hearing ka kya matlab reh gaya, it would also be zero and whether the said order of HC and SC would be implement on Minority schools.

Lets wait but now HC hearing will depend on SC order . Else no hearing (i dont want to speculate )

How is this guy...major saurabh charan....what is his case n interest in filing so many PILs....

freinds major is right. we all were happy when transfer point removed.
that is right but the transfer parrents have to get equal chance for draw not onlyin left out seats.
eg .modern convent dwarka vaccated 36 seats from transfer points. so do u think its fair for them to appear in draw for remaining seats aling with all waitting and all registerd applicant.
they have to get chance for 100% general seats at 70 points.

AS THE PETITIONER HAS TO FILE SLP (SPL LEAVE PETITION - APPEAL NAME IN SC) WHICH WILL TAKE TIME THEREFORE IT SEEMS THAT TERM WILL START IN JULY ONLY. NOW IT IS UPTO SELECTED 70 POINTERS OR ALUMNI/SIBLING PARENTS TO APPROACH SC FOR RELIEF WHICH AS PER MY EXPERIENCE IN SC WILL NOT COME EASILY AS TECHNICALLY HIGH COURT HAS SERIOUSLY ERRED IN ALLOWING PIECE MEAL ADMISSION WITHOUT DECIDING ON IST ISSUE.
MR VOHRA SHOULD TAKE UP THE CASES OF PARENTS WHO HAVE ALREADY PAID FEE.

when earliest you think ..next hearing will take place ? Parents should decide among themselves as AN.com does not go for litigations.

Also give idea to parents ..how much expenditure per hearing in SC...So that they know before hand ...what are the expenses involved.
