Is it true , i read in some hindi newspaper regarding this that school principal can give 30 days relaxation in Age limit

What's the meaning of "may be" and "at the level of school heads" ? Is it discretionary and not mandatory for schools to provide the age relaxation?

We missed this information and not filled any school form for our daughter who is born on 21st April 2017. As this relaxation is applicable to her, is there a way we can request school To treat this exception and accept our application now?
