नई दिल्ली। स्कूलों में नर्सरी दाखिले की सूची जारी होने के साथ ही एडमिशन क्राइटेरिया को लेकर सवाल उठने लगे हैं। इस बार इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसफर के 5 प्वाइंट को लेकर अभिभावकों ने सवाल उठाया है। इसमें खास तौर से एनसीआर से ट्रांसफर केस शामिल हैं।
स्कूलों में जारी हो रही सूची में इस बार 75 प्वाइंट पाने वालों की बल्ले-बल्ले है। इसमें इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसफर के 5 प्वाइंट का बड़ा रोल है। डीपीएस आरकेपुरम ने नर्सरी दाखिले के लिए कुल 573 लोगों की सूची जारी की है। इसमें 415 आवेदन ऐसे हैं, जिन्हें डिस्टेंस के अलावा इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसफर केस का फायदा मिला है। इसके कारण एल्युमनी अभिभावक दाखिले की सूची से बाहर हो गए। ट्रांसफर केस को लेकर अब अभिभावक और शिक्षा के अलग-अलग फोरम से सवाल उठने लगे हैं। लोग इसमें फेक ट्रांसफर की बात कर रहे हैं। शिक्षा विभाग में इसकी शिकायत भी की गई है।
नर्सरी डॉट कॉम के फाउंडर सुमित वोहरा ने इस संबंध में शिक्षा विभाग में इसकी शिकायत की है। इस क्राइटेरिया में एनसीआर को बाहर रखने को कहा है। वहीं डीपीएस की सूची जारी हुई तो अमित के बेटे का नाम उसमें शामिल नहीं था। अमित को उम्मीद थी कि वह डीपीएस में पढ़ चुके हैं तो उनका दाखिला हो जाएगा, लेकिन इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसफर और सिबलिंग के साथ ही ट्रांसफर प्वाइंट से उनका बेटा दाखिले की दौड़ से बाहर हो गया। अमित कहते हैं कि सूची को देखकर साफ है कि इसमें गड़बड़ी हुई है। इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसफर के गलत दस्तावेज लगाकर लोग दाखिला ले रहे हैं। उनका कहना है एनसीआर वाले इसमें सबसे ज्यादा शामिल हैं।
इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसफर पर क्या है समस्या
इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसफर में सबसे ज्यादा समस्याएं एनसीआर के क्षेत्र नोएडा, गाजियाबाद, गुड़गांव और फरीदाबाद को लेकर है। नर्सरी डॉट कॉम के सुमित वोहरा के मुताबिक नोएडा, गाजियाबाद गुड़गांव और फरीदाबाद में अगर कोई अभिभावक रहता है और वह दिल्ली के किसी स्कूल से 8 किलोमीटर के दायरे में आता है तो उसे 70 अंक मिलते हैं। इसके साथ ही लोग इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसफर दिखाकर नोएडा से दिल्ली आ जाते हैं तो उन्हें 70 प्लस 5 प्वाइंट और मिल जाते हैं। वोहरा कहते हैं कि इसमें शिक्षा विभाग को बदलाव करना चाहिए। अभी 28 फरवरी तक का समय है और बदलाव किया जा सकता है।

Approx 200 of parents meeting tomorrow at jantar mantar at 10 AM (wed i.e. 12thFeb ) against this transfer points thing which is majorly effecting the general category who scored 70 Points. Because of this General Category Candidates out of Admission Process.

Dear Mr. Vohra - Thanks for all your efforts. It is absolutely ridiculous that people get admission for their wards by getting points for interstate transfer cases within NCR. Infact I myself work in Gurgaon and live in Delhi - and I have not applied any points for inter state transfer ( which if i wanted could have easily got done as I have offices in all areas within NCR). It is also a shame to see that actual deserving candidates ( those who live in vicinity of schools) do not admissions and 'others' wrongly get the seats. Please fight this case - we are with you. We have to get justice in the start of career for our ward

Now everybody talking about transfer points should be given to those ward who came in between the academic year , this should be taken care before also before circulating the guidelines? why this efforts not taken before to avoid such situation? I am also father and I understand the concern of all the parents ,every parent want that his/her ward should study in good school.
Transfer point is given by DOE ,you can ask this question to DOE . regarding my coming here in Delhi I came here 8 month back not in the beginning of Nursery admission. and my word is studying in small school from last 8 month and if he will get admission in any school , he will again study in nursery this is also ok for me . but if there was some system that ward came in mid of academic year get admission in school then this problem is not come. in other state they take your ward in school in mid of academic year and no problem arise there.

Exactly mr Amit , don't take this personally. We are all in the same boat. Transfer points shud be there for mid term higher classes only.

Also when certain rules are made by the govt its implication is realized or understood only later. But if a certain decision is starkly wrong it shud be amended ASAP. I understood the girl child clause only yesterday after attending the dps vk lottery.

If your ward is already in nursery then it makes sense that you get extra points but for KG onwards only.
For initial entry @ Nursery, what disadvantage do you have as compared to one who is not transferred ? Both are at par.
On the other hand if you have moved in recently you can take up premises on rent near a good school to gain distance points where as someone living in delhi in his own house may find it difficult to make such a choice.

It is must. Go ahead. Transfer points either to be totally scrapped or should be counted for Central & State Government Employees because it is next to impossible for producing the fake transfer certificates like private companies employees.
