Hi,

I have a query about rent agreement.We dont have any legal rent agreement but staying in the same place for past 4 yrs.

Now if we are going for agreement they will make it for present date.Will it be fine that rent agreement would be of current date stating that we are residing in the same place for past 4 yrs or so.
