Some Schools are asking 2 Address Proof .... can one address proof of mother and one of father can be considered as 2 address proofs

Many Schools are asking for 2 proofs of address. can any one tell whether address proof of 1 mother and 1 father be considered as an address proof as 2 in numbers. 

like voter id of mother and electricity bill of father be considered as address proof of 2 in numbers?
