Refund policy is school specific or it is mandatory to follow for all the schools ?

Mandatory for all schools in Delhi under DOE.

I Have gone through Hold Child Auxilium Schoold admission policy.

They have written that

" One may consider herself admitted only after payment of all fees required at the time of admission. Subsequent withdrawal, or non-attendance on the required day will mean the cancellation of the admission and no refund will be considered. "

7th Feb is the deadline for fee submission.

These are Minority schools , As Hon' HC have given them Autonomy o frame their own guidelines.

They are misusing it.

Holy child is not refunding any fee deposited does any one know of the policy this years

Many more Minority schools might not. so all parents blocking seats must confirm for fee refund policy even from other schools, as some flout DOE guidelines.

Apeejay Saket is demanding 61,000 as Orientation Charge, apart from the admission fee, tution fee, development fee, caution fee etc And also Apeejay Saket refused if once Orientation charge submitted, there is no refund for the same.
