admission criteria for my 3 year old son

Hi my son will turn 3 on 15 dec 2009, just wanted to know whether he is eligible for admission in nursery for the session 2013-14 or not and want to know the review of adarsh public school, vikaspuri?

School is mediocre and i think your son's dob is 15 dec 2009 yes he is eligible in delhi for next year
