Admission for British citizen Oci child nursery in Delhi gurgaon

My child is was born in Aug 2013 and holds British passport. She is 2.5 years old.
We are planning to move back to India(delhi) soon.
Could you please advise if we should target nursery admissions at 3 or 4 or 5years of age please?
