i have a query about my ward having age of 6 years who requires admission through special school category in west delhi. As per the govt hospital report he has an IQ level of 84% and from the last  two years he has been studing in a private school and acquired a good IQ level. now i want him to admit in normal school in KG through ews/ dg category. so i want to know that is there any provision in doe portal to apply through category of special need child. please help me in this regard.
