But since we are currently residing in gurgaon and the child is already going to school,how can we manage a new address proof currently...pls suggest

Yes Aadhar card can be transferred to you new delhi address ( Rental lease deed is not accepted )

New DOE notification for 2018-19 expected any moment (wait for that )
