All Delhi schools have upper cut off age of 4 yrs on 31mar 2019.

You can try for Nursery  in Modern Barakhamba branch in Deeepali Pitampura ( As it's till KG and comes under Harayana Govt, so upper cut off is not applicable)

You can continue as children are promoted to Kundli branch after KG.

Or change school later.

Try for Salwaan And GD Salwaan, Rajindra Nagar . Hansraj Punjabi bagh, Schools in Vikas puri.
