Admission in Rosary School, North Delhi

Dear Sakshi/ Lata, 

This is regd admission in Rosary School, Near Mukherjee Nagar in North Delhi

My son was in the initial waiting list which was to go to draw on 3rd March, I checked with the school authorities if any of the parents presence was mandatory in the draw to which the school authorities replied as 'No',  BUT to my surprise the draw was only held for those kids whose parent were present in the school premises for the draw.

When I ask them now, no one gives a reply, they disconnect and are not even giving us an appointment to explain our case

Please suggest the way forward ...

Is it also advisable to email the complaint to the DDE before meeting him / her
