Admission procedure in Nursery who got transfer from other city after admission closure

What is the Admission procedure in Nursery for the child whose parents got transfer in April from out of Delhi and who is going to complete 4 year in September.

You can give application but most of schools has closed admissions
Many schools will open admissions for KG Jan 2017 onwards ..you can try there
