Admission under DG category

Hi Sakshi,

A BIG Thanks to you, Gaurav, Pankaj and Sumit Vohra sir, for the guidance and selfless help.

My kid got selected for Salwan Public, Rajinder Nagar, Under DG category - SCHOOL ID 2128135

My query is while registration I opted for Salwan as first preference and it has 2 shifts (morning/afternoon). How do I confirm which shift my kid got admission. Because at registration time, there was no option of salwan morning or salwan afternoon.

Need your guidance and help on this, so that school cannot fool me.

First go and meet DD official of your area and he will confirm , then go to school.

@Amit: First things First.... A big congratulations to you..!!

Talking about the Results on Schools' board...Few good school follow this protocol(with few exceptions).

Talking about Salwan: I believe they have the most well educated/trained staff to cater parents queries(Talking about my personal experience). Even a call would be sufficient to answer all your queries.

BTW, I have a ques for you too..... What is the fees structure of Salwan?

Can you update both Normal/DG fee Structure ?

Thanks Pankaj, it was really tough for me to get to Salwan, though i had got admission in GD salwan. But I am keeping my fingers crossed and it will add to my delight when the seat is confirmed for morning, just pray for me that its a morning seat, you know the afternoon shifts, completely ruins the child cycle for the day. You all people deserve a big party from me for such a help and prompt response, even you replying in late midnights, hats off to you bro.

Now about the fees structure, i have not compared the structure of GD salwan and SALWAN. But i have the structure of GD salwan, its approx 38k they charged me while admission. If you want break up send me your mobile no,i can whatsapp you.

And regarding DG fees structure, i really dont know if it differs from Gen category or not, filled under DG category to get a good school cuz my wife was visiting there number of times, forwarded mail/ written application under MQ. but no response, that all my dear friend !!!

I will IM you my no....!! You can also share the breakup here..!!

Now Since you have got through Salwan, I would recommend you to immediately apply for refund...since as per DOE rules...You can only opt for a refund from GD Salwan...within 1 month of registration...!! You just need to give an refund application for it.

Also Thanks for such kind words..... Seeing a child getting admission each day is a party in itself for me...!!

@Pankaj Definetely will withdraw admission from GD Salwan, just wanted to ensure if its morning shift or not. If not, i will continue with GD Salwan. Will post the fees structure of GD salwan shortly.
