admission vs court cases

we have come to know that the admission process  is dragging in the court like dropadi ki saree.It appears either the beaurocrats of Delhi are fool or they are hand in glove with powerful lobbies. that is why they cannot assume/take precautions in the begining. The parents as well as the pupils feel harassed.

2ndly in some schools not only fees has been accepted alongwith donations in black ie without giving any receipt for it and books have also been purchased by such pupils and the court decision is pending.

3rdly, last year also the same thing had happened . 

What will be the end of it  we cannot guess.
