Admission withdrawl

Hello all,

My child has been admitted to a school just before the court put stay order on the whole admission process. I paid around 65000/- regarding admission fees. Now when the process of admission again started he got selected in a school of our preference. When I ask for refunding to the prior school they are denying as one month from the date of admission is already over. Is there anyone else in the same situation? Kindly suggest to deal with this..

Manoswini, true that month has lapsed, but during that period SC stay was there on admissions.. so how can they count days when stay on admission procedure was there.., logically they should not count no of days when stay was there i.e. 11/apr/14 to 07/may/14...

yeah, thats the issue. infact I came across few more parents who are also facing same problem. But don't understand wt to do now though I submit an application in the school.
