Hi,

Just wanted to get the thoughts of other parents on what age is appropriate for the kids to start their journey into the formal schools.

My son is Feb '11 born and I am considering only the schools in Noida.

For 2014 nursery admissions, he is eligible for the schools with minimum age criteria as 3+ as on 31st March 2014 (Amity, Apeejay etc.)

At the same time he is not eligible for the schools that have the minimum age criteria as 3.5 + as on 31st March 2014 (DPS, Somerville etc.). For such schools, he would become eligible for the 2015 session.

So, I could start early and get the admission done in the 2014 session or I could start late and try for admissions for 2015 session.

Please let me know your thoughts and your preferences.
