Mr Bindal just requsted Mr vohra to unmask srijan's unfair practices and Mr Vohra called joyeeta ghosh of ht and Joyeeta did the story by talking to Mr Rajiv Bindal and some other parents !!
I would like to thank Mr. Vohra and Ms. Joyeeta for helping us to raise our concern. We are looking for equitable chance to all for admission in a school. It also is an example that if we ourselves take some action then we may get outside suport also and we might be able to fight the battle longer. This is not a fight against one school but against all the erring schools like Srijan, Apeeja, VIS etc......

Thanks to Mr. Vohra once again who is doing his best at each forum to bring in change in the present state of affairs.....
THANX RAJIV,

IF OTHER PARENTS ALSO COME IN OPEN LIKE U DID IN BRAVE MANNER WE CAN CHANGE THIS SYSTEM TO CERTAIN EXTENT !!

Well done Sumit bhai and Rajiv bhai.
Such manipulations are done to herd the businessman parent community to bid high for the seats reserved in the management quota. Common guys its written on the wall. Read it.

@Sumit ji, but can you pls tell us which other forums you are associated help parents,so that i can also join that, as pointed out by Rajiv bhai?

@Rajiv ji, please excuse me for saying this but though Sumit ji has helped you but i noticed that still you are not very active on this forum in helping parents of this forum as u are somewhere else (we all know what other forum i am pointing to)
Mukesh Ji Not at all. I am very much involved in discussions over here as well. Its only that I started late over here and thats the reason its taking time to get used to this. But I am committed to this parent community and would definately participate equally over here. I am here for a long run and not till the admission process dates.

If I can be of some help to anybody I would be glad to do it.

CENTRALISED NURSERY ADMISSION PROCESS.....UR VEIWS/INPUT

Posted by SUNNY on January 1, 2009 at 2:41am

we all hv learned and aquired r aware of short comings/loopholes of admission process and the nitty gritty of
the admission system.

A zonal centralized nursery admission process that can be devised where DOE/CBSE/any specific body makes a list of kids for a particular school in their specific zone taking a uniform criteria and parents prioritised preference of schools......everything cud be online.

each parent shall fill one form in a specific zone...giving the ranking of their preferred top say five schools...then its for the system to segragates and awards parents ....a list of best of three schools depending on the points scored according to a uniform criteria.

1) documents can be given/verifed at time of appearence in schools u go for...

2)the system has already taken "parents prioritised preference of schools in the respective zones"...so surprise factor on a out of choice school seat shall not come as parents have given the priority....

3)...income shud not be the criteria...except for EWS...for income is variable factor...today i may be hving a good setup..tomorrow not..so income criteria is a big NNNNOOOOO.

4)every thing is comperized and data alteration/security...i think wud be no problem....banks r doing all business online.....

in addition transparency shall be there.
and schools's dadagiri...shud be burried deep into core of earth.

ur inputs/suggestions will be helpfull
Sir Ji these all are workable suggestions, yes we require more time to implement all this and then there would be no manipulations and all will have equal chance. Only step what is required, is that a serious contribution should be made by few so that it does not happen that we see a one year old discussion on which no progress has been made, despite of the fact that it was a good workable sugestion. If the parents would have continued in an organized manner to present their case to concerned stake holders then may be we would have moved forward in this direction.

This can be implemented today also and we just need to work. I have thought that I would give three hours a week to this forum even after the admission process is over to strengthen the improvement process in best possible manner.

We need support of all parents to make it a better tomorrow for our new generation
Dear Mukesh ,

I am not associated with any other forum at all ..but some blogs copy and paste my statements in media or in general.... like i gave one interview that was published in 4 newspapers on a single day and some blogs copied and pasted it for popularity (FEES OF NURSERY IS MORE THAN IIT/STATEMENT AT JANTAR MANTAR ETC)

Thanks for clearing the cloud.
There certainly are some parents who are reading genuine info and leads here and posting in other forums. May be they are some kind of paid messengers hired to increase the other forum's popularity.
