some school ask for it to be signed by magistrate and not by notary

you can ask your notary he will get it done

Transferable means that you have been transferred between last one year if so please claim

also some of the schools have listed the organizations where this criteria is applicable so pl. check.

further some of the schools have even included overseas transfers in this category

Today's edition of the Hindustan Times contained a news item related to the nursery admission process. The Delhi Government has said that it would establish a monitoring mechanism to ensure that all private schools comply with the High Court's directions of 2007.

Ayush,

I went to deposit form to the following school:

1)Shah Internarional Paschim Vihar : They were clear about that there will be interviews however refused to discuss further and said that things will be made clear once u get call frm school.

2) Bosco Paschim Vihar: Same story

3)Soverign School Rohini:Same and when my husband told the nobel soul at the counter that he does not earn a single penny so how can school judge that he is not in a position to pay the fees, prompt came the reply that if this would have been the situation then you wouldnt have baught the form with prospectus and that income details is suppose to be given by every one for assesment.

Believe u me I felt like giving a punch rite on her face.

Yes, I can understand how it feels when one has to experience such nonsense !!! The whole system needs to be punched right in the face !!! The present state of affairs and the education system is pathetic to say the least !!!

Hello all. Wanted to share my terrible experience with Laxman Public School this morning. I down loaded the form from the net and went to submit. They asked me for a an amount of Rs. 300. I was shocked to hear the amount. When i checked for what they told me that Rs. 100 was for the form (which i willingly accepted to give) and the other Rs. 200 was for the SUBMISSION of FORM, which didntmake any sense to me and obviously I refused. They told me to go to the office and speak to someone. A lady sitting there was not at all understanding. She told me that I have to pay and it is a MANDATORY amount that everyone who seeks admission in the school need to give.

Finally i decided not to submit the form. In case you agree to what point of view is then, PLEASE DONT SUBMIT THE FORM AT LAXMAN PUBLEC SCHOOL. As per DOE Directive, the schools cant force the parents to but the form and this is an alternate way of LPS to make up that money lost.

same is the case with me at modern public school shalimar bagh....

i downloaded the form and whn i went there to deposit it they ask fee of Rs. 225 ie 200 for prospectus and 25 for form....

i said i didnt take the form 4m u i'd downloaded it and it is not compulsory to take the prospectus....they refused to accept it and said its our policy and we r chargng 225 from all.....

charging unjustified ammout for forms is old story.....suffered too much of it myself to really feel anything.....iam numb to this issue.....my next BIG DISCOVERY is that we are set up to face INTERACTION now...!!!! imagine.....this morning i was lovingly and cooly told by the receptionist at YMCA nizamuddin that final list will be up on 1st of FEB after interaction of CHILD and PARENTS with the principle!!!

Another thhing that am not only 90% sure is that KALKA public school in kalka ji is all set to declare 1st list on 20th of january. Can anyone confirm this? And in case this is true (and the child's name appears there---assuming) then please tell me if it would be a good idea to deposit fee in that school and forget all other big schools like frank anthony, bulebells etc. I mean how good a school is it......???
