ashok agrawal is right in DPS vasat kunj i have maximum distance point for my first kid ( daughter) they give us 25 + 5=30 total but they shortlisted up to 35 point. since neither of us studies in DPS vasant kunj and being first child we have no sibling point.

my child's name is not there in dps mathura road :(:(

with the trend that these results are showing, I fear my child's name will not appear in any school. looking at dps dwarka results (NO I DID NOT APPLY THERE BUT SAW THE RESULTS) it seems that gen. cat. has no place. they are all 45 points and above (they r showing points also). Without sibling, alumni, or special needs or single parent there is no way one can get more than 30-35 points in any school.

Where will our poor kids end up. I applied in all of 19 schools but even then i fear if my child will actually make it anywhere.

P.S

there is a small unknown schools in GK. Its only till class 8th. It is called ST. Johns. and its an actual misionarry school. I have applied there also. They gave out just 200 forms and have even less applicants. i assume this is so because its only till 8th so no one wants to apply there. But if anyone else from this board has applied there or knows about it please tell me how it is. In case my son does not make it anywhere else i still have hope that he will make it there given the small competation. So i want to know how that school is......please help anyone who knows....

Are you from lajpat/jamia location, st jones - there is another branch in lodhi road(good one too) also and few other schools are like blue bells, tagore intl, pinnacle(very good).

excellent command over languages at senior level, kid wud be totally techno saavy, kids pampered or say spoilt brats , go ahead , its overrall a good school., picking up the pace very much in the race ,

Thanks Vimal, I have heard most of the kids studying belong to the multi million $ club, is that still true? as that is my only reservation that he should not feel left out as we are from upper middle income group
