I think it all because govt allows this. if govt is strick and follow there policy in right spirit then its good policy but govt leaves every thing to courts but courts can only direct not supervise which is govt job and thay are not interested

@ AnandS: Right spirit my foot! They are unable to even control their own EWS quota. Did you see that Aaj Tak post where EWS has been filed under fake address and by parents living in houses with an a/c in every room? The mother was proudly contending how her first kid had got through in EWS quota and she was hopeful for her second one as well!

@AnandS it seems there was a draw for 32 seats in General Category for DPS Rohini for which 100 candidates were shortlisted from the 130 called. Of the 100, the first 32 whose documents stand their scrutiny would get admissions. There was already a draw of lots for the Alumni of which 30 had been shortlisted pending verification. For the remaining 5 seats 10 names were picked up today. This is news I was able to gather from one of my neighbour. Anyone attending the draw can confirm please!

yeah...i attended the draw ..being in alumini category we were very hopeful for getting to the final list...but no luck... but i knw someone who got through....

Another off my list as I already said. It seems bbps-Rohini got a letter from DoE telling them specifically that they cannot award any points for students of their Playschool Bal Bharti Montessori - Rohini or Pitampura! Hence, they've reduced their total points to 90. Surprisingly, Bal Bharti Pitampura is still considering children from their playschool. This is highly unjustified to Rohini parents since in the first instance, they are not able to apply to bbps-Pitampura and those who'd sent their kids to their expensive play school have now ended up short changed!!

Great ..How you got the link for BBPS Rohini , I could not locate on their website. Is the whole list available on web with points or individual can only check the points.

Whole list is not there . Only Indiviual can check there points and see if there child is selected or not.

if school start giving full list , then they will have to play fair which is difficult for these schools :).

Click on  http://www.bbpsrohini.com/checkstatus.htm and type in your registration number. You need to check individually - this way parent's won't know who got in who didn't and how many points others got! The reg number is also not in serial order. Each one is randomly generated .. best of luck :)

This is the reply I got from Queens mary School , rohini regarding refund of extra amount they have charged as admision charges. So any one willing to go there before there list is out :)

Respected Sir/Madam,
 
As per Honrable High Court , Fees for Admission Form for Nursery Admission can be only Rs 25. But your school have charged Rs 200 for the same. I have filed a compliant with Education Department , Delhi Govt Regarding the same (Complaint Number 201100255 and 201100299) as per there Reply they have directed you to return the extra amount to each parent address as per your record. But till Now I have not received any Reply from you and also on calling he school there was no positive reply.
 
Please Inform till what date you will be refunding the excess amount to the parents as per Education Department , Delhi Govt Directive.
