Admission Procedure

	Step 1: Enter the details on the Online Form.
	Step 2: Note the Registration Number and Password for future reference and to be able to log on to review/edit your Form.
	Step 3: Pay online the Form and Registration cost using your Credit Card.
	Step 4: The date and time of interaction will be informed later
	Step 5: Print the Application Form (Please review your Form carefully before printing)
	Step 6: Paste recent coloured passport size photographs at the designated place on the printed Form and sign at the required place. Please write the registration number and the name at the back of the photograph before affixing.
	Step 7: Bring the completed Application Form along with ‘Date of Birth Certificate’ (attested) and ‘Residence Proof’ to the School on the Day of Interaction.

 

 

Amion is Taking Interaction with parents. Is it absolutely Wrong as per guidelines issued by DOE

Please take this issue with media, otherwise all schools will start this

Mr. Vohra,

 

In the online form school is also asking that "Is the child is attending any play school"

 

Can school ask this, is this not the profiling of the kid

amiown does this for their vasundra, noida & gurgaon branches..being in NCR its ok there..but in Delhi NCT they must follow the DOE guidelines for pushpvihar branch..

Can you kindly let me know how to prepare affidavit for first girl child or maybe attach a sample of same. What value of stamp paper should we use. Are originals required or photocopies for affidavit.

Dear Anuj ji,

as per details of one school DAV Srestha Vihar:  "Proof to validate First Child (Affidavit on Rs.10/- Stamp Paper)"..pls arrange to make it simple words through a Notary..they use to have format for the same..

Thank you Bij Ji. I tried seeing DAV Srestha Vihar website ... but there is no website. It will be really kind if you can just upload a example or sample on simple word document without using any stamp paper. Kind Regards, Anuj

Hi Anuj ji

DAV Sreshtha vihar website (http://www.dav-sreshtha.org/admissionnotice.html) is not having the affidavit format but i quoted it to clarify the stamp paper cost as Rs.10/-

Pls find Registration Form for DPS Vasant Kunj in the link given below.You can see 2 sample affidavits at the bottom of the form. One is for 1st born male child as required by you. pls use this format (you can modify your language accordingly) to have your own affidavit made and get it notarized on Rs.10/- stamp paper..
