Where are the official results of Sachdeva available ?

At the school :) - you need to visit them personally. Its not even up on their notice board. You need to give them your child's name and they tell you whether he's in or not. No points .. nothing!

The receptionist has a list in her hand - she asks you for your child's name and tells whether or not he's been shortlisted. Then you're redirected inside where an elderly gentleman reconfirms with the list and then gives you a printed slip telling you which document(s) to bring for verification. Then he politely tells you about the cash amount! I confirmed with him that this is non-refundable.

Is it  Sacdeva Rohini Or Pitampura or both. I have applied in Sachdeva Rohini and loooking for their results.

i pass through same phase at sachdeva rohini....on  12 jan (yes u r right on 12 whn many parents didnt submit the forms) its their strategy...they call mostly all parents....and sell their management seats for 36000.....

DPS rohini is having draw of lots for remaining seats in general category on 28th Jan 2011

This is simple eye wash, saying draw for general category. They have shorlited 130 students for draw in general category & all these students have 40 points. Now, if we go by below point system of DPS, the general parent will get maximum 30 points, rest all are in different category. So, that means that there is no admissions of normal general child in DPS. Also, this is very surprising that the general category list is only have kids with 40 points, noone is having more or less points than 40

 

1.	Neighbourhood	25 Points
2.	Girl Child/First Born	5 points
3.	Sibling	25 Points
4.	Single Parent	5 points
5.	Transfer Case	5 points
6.	DPS Alumni	20 Points
7.	Child with special needs	5 points
8.	School specific criteria	0 Points
	Total	90 Points

Ashish ji, Alumini is not covered in sibling category...though my child also had 30 points and was therefore not successful...

ashish ji...i knw a parent who's name is in the list they r gettng 40 points....how...they also dnt knw...i talk to the mother of the child she said i dnt knw my husband filled the form....so unaware abt it....reaon i m tellng u.

i dnt knw hw she got 40 and name in the list....its really shockng....and she is not aware of the point system at dps......

But even for those 130 people - how many seats are they competing against? DPS has already shortlisted 40. Of the remaining 30, if half goes to sibling - only 15 seats for 130 candidates. This is 9 parents competing for 1 seat. WOW!
