yes sakshi ji..
I said yesterday also..that if we 'll sit idle at our home and accept the unjustice done to our children, nothing gonna to be happen automatically..
we will have to unite together and fight for our children's RIGHT TO EDUCATION..
and we have 2 months till 31 st march..
we should not loose hope..all this blunder have taken one month and can't we rectify within 2 months..everything is possible ..only condition is that we should not feel defeated.and should fight till the last hope..
I am astt.Professor in a premier Engg. college and my husband is Sr.Manager in Research and development..and it is seeming we are begging for our child's education...HORRIBLE...
why we are paying so much income taxes if we cannot provide basic need like eduction to our children...and that is also without suffering that is in neighbourhood school.
Thanx to your platform Vohra jiand sakshi ji..atleast we got a chance to fight for our rights
appeal to all parents kindly unite and Fight...
we will not accept any injustice..it is not question of any thing that we'll get it later if we missed now..
Its a question of our children's future..and i think nothing can be important than our children's FUTURE.
If a child is not getting admission in any school even after applying 15-20 schools is complete violation of his/her fundamental rights to education and it is a shame on the government who has allowed the School management to do whatever they want. And this is happening in the capital city of nation. If 20-30 points are given each for alumini and sibling, then the general category child will find it very very dificult to get admission in any School and in case if he is male child then it is impossible to get the admission.
I have not understood the logic for giving points to Alumini. Does the school management wants to create another example of family feudalism/dynasty. Even extra points given to female child is also a discrimination against the male child, though my only child is girl. It would be better if you reserve 15-20 percent seats for girl child and siblings and that also taking from the mangement quota and leave rest of the general category open so that other child can also compete get the oppurtunity to get the admission in the School.
If the governments has failed to take any action, why higher courts are not taking notice of it and the appropriate suo moto action? It seems that every authority has turned away its eyes from such a grave situation.
