Aerial distance and road distance issues- The Mother's international School

I wanted to fill a form for The Mother's International School, it comes in 8 km radius aerially but by road is 8.3kms. The school clearly mentions distance covered by road and therefor my locality is not in the list. Is there anything that can de done to resolve this issue. please advice.
