can u tell me every school want original affidavit for first child or photo copy & which paper 10 rupees or anotner

Affidavit has to be in original for each school.
Last year it was on Rs. 10/- Non Judicial Stamp paper, notarized.

Affidavit is required where points are allocated for particular cat

thanks ,   is there is any particular format for the affidavit/or schools having there own format? ......................could you please tell me why affidavit? is birth certificate not sufficient?..................i  have one girl child. affidavit for first child or for the girl child?.............plz tell me i m very confused............. also tell me good school near shakti nagar and wat all documents are complusory..........
