Do we have to submit girl child affidavit/single child affidavit to every school or photocopy of one will work?

The schools who are giving points for girl child or first child ( there you need to give)
Generally original but from last 2-3 yrs some accepted zerox at the time of applying so school specific .if not mentioned take original.
