affidavit attesred by SDM

Hi team, Frank anthony public school is asking for affidavit for the first child attested by SDM. Any idea how and where I can get this attested. Any help in this will be appreciated.

You can visit any of these District Courts located in Tis Hazari, Dwarka, Rohini, Saket, Karkardooma or Patiala House and approach.

One has to present in person, do carry aadhaar card/election card/passport as address proof.
FYI: I am currently at SDM office in Saket.

No, just go to any typist there and he will have the format. Make sure the affidavit states "first born child'.

Few more queries -

How soon does the SDM office starts operating in the day?

How much are they asking for SDM certificate?

Also, does the Gazetted officer needs to be Class I or Class 2 Gazetted officer can also attest.

Frankly, its been so tough to get the child registration done - let alone the admission done.

If the school as specified only form SDM you can attest only by SDM or else any gazetted Officer of Class I or Class 2.

If SDM refer the juridication you fall can get attested

The school has asked for First Born

An affidavit attested by the SDM certifying the child is the first born of the parents.

So get it done by SDM or else the school will reject.

Anirban, they are accepting only SDM attested affidavit.

hi,

anyone having idea that in Frank Anthony u need to submit affidavit and birth certificate in original or attested photocopy is required . In instruction it is mentioned as 'Copies of Relevant Documents to be attached with the Registration Form'

Madhuri,

I have submitted attested photocopy of the birth certificate, residence proof and SDM affidavit (unattested photocopy). The person collecting forms is thoroughly checking the documents submitted.
