Affidavit for First born child

Hi,

Can anyone please confirm if we have to provide original affidavit for First born child for each admission form or we can attach a photocopy with each and show at the time of Originals verification.

Please recheck with the QV School if its good to go, otherwise please correct it immediately & confirm others members as well.

no the photocopy should not work with different schools. you have to attach original one with each form.

The other question also is that do we need to mention the name of the school in the affidavit or a common one can do for all schools
